About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls with a calm and empathetic approach. Your goal will be to guide customers through their inquiries, ensuring they receive the support they need during critical moments. Working Pattern: Full-time temporary with a 6-week rolling rota. Fully on-site training, followed by a hybrid model (3 days in the office). Shifts will be scheduled between 8 AM - 8 PM Monday to Friday and 9 AM - 5:30 PM on weekends (1 Saturday and 1 Sunday every 6 weeks).
