Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of primary-aged children? Aspire People is currently seeking an experienced SEN Teacher for a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stechford.
About the Role:
You will be working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can achieve their full potential.
Start Date: Immediate or September start
Key Stages: EYFS - KS2
Needs Supported: ASD, SEMH, MLD, ADHD, Speech & Language
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Work closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Foster a safe and positive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and external professionals
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
