What you’ll be doing
* Building and managing your own pipeline of new business opportunities
* Growing long-term client relationships and accounts
* Developing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach
* Partnering closely with operations to deliver for your clients
* Running a structured, effective sales process from start to finish
* Hosting client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
What you’ll bring
* A proven track record in B2B sales (construction sector experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong new business and account management skills
* Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing your own diary
* A positive, professional manner with a strong work ethic
