We are seeking a proactive, organised, and compassionate School Administrator to work with a fantastic independent autism school based on the outskirts of Taunton. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional learning needs.
About the Role
You will work closely with our Senior Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the school’s daily operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key part in supporting staff, students, and families. You will have to provide an enhanced DBS on the update service, or this can be completed through ourselves.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality administrative support across the school

Work collaboratively with the Senior Administrator on daily tasks and wider school operations
*
Communicate professionally with staff, parents, and external agencies
*
Maintain accurate records and support with compliance processes
*
Learn and use school systems confidently (training provided)
*
Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain a high level of awareness at all times
