Care Coordinator - Reed Talent Solutions
Location: Liverpool - L1 2SA
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Salary: £26k-£28k
We’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. If you enjoy supporting people, keeping projects moving, and building great client relationships, this could be a brilliant fit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Staying in touch with clients throughout each project and gathering their feedback
* Checking in with consultants to support consistent service
* Helping clients get set up on the new YPO
* Running exit meetings to capture insight and improve future work
* Completing contract audits and managing extension paperwork, including IR35
* Keeping track of project budgets and key financials
* Supporting project reports and summaries
* Spotting opportunities to introduce clients to more of our services
* Leading onboarding for new clients and team members
* Managing equipment returns and change requests
* Chasing PO numbers and keeping everything running smoothly
