I'm currently recruiting for a highly organised and efficient Secretary/Administrator to join our client's Private Client team based in Amersham, this role offers the opportunity to provide vital support to our solicitors while contributing to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and audio secretarial support to Private Client Solicitors
Prepare and dispatch documents to a high standard via email and post
Manage and maintain electronic files, ensuring they are up to date
Support case management and client relationships
Assist in meeting monthly and year-end fee targets
Attend team meetings and relevant training courses
Maintain accurate records of phone calls, enquiries, and requests
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Use DPS for all emails, letters, and reports, and assist others with system usage
What Were Looking For:
Proven ability to organise personal workload and manage priorities effectively
Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
