* Help shape and evolve our integrated HR & Payroll system to be smarter, faster, and more efficient.

* Collaborate across teams, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone from new joiners to senior leadership.

* Monitor compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, GDPR, and more - because excellence is in the details.

* Work on exciting initiatives that improve the way we do things - eliminating duplication, saving time, and adding value.
