Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Working with Partners, Senior Associates and Associates to help develop planning strategies, prepare programmes and contribute into external project teams;
* Drafting and reviewing reports, co‑ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications / appeals / representations / other forms of correspondence and output;
* Providing planning advice to clients and involvement in internal and external meetings (e.g. project team and LPA);
* Helping to prepare fee proposals, inputting into new bid documents or presentations;
* Contributing to the development and training of new graduate and apprentice roles within the team;
* Input into team practices (including integration of AI and new working tools) and thought leadership as part of a compressive approach to continued professional development.
Qualifications
* Commercially minded planner with a clear focus on client service delivery;
* Some experience in retail policy assessments preferred for some of the roles;
* RTPI and / or RICS (P&D) qualified;
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a teams and across departments;
* Strong analytical skills to provide an evidenced based approach to problem solving;
* A good communicator, both written and verbal.
