Job Description
Management Accountant duties will include:
3. Prepare and present accurate financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
4. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
6. Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis.
7. Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.
9. Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Part qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
12. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
13. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
14. Experience in managing budgets and conducting variance analysis.
15. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
16. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
17. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
