Overview
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, MondayFriday), where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while contributing to theFour Pillars of Advanced Nursing Practice,
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Practice
You will have the autonomy to manage and treat patients, using advanced clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and evaluate care. Your expertise will support QOF reviews and ensure proactive patient management. Plus, youll take on the duty clinician role one day per week, giving you variety in your practice.
* Leadership & Management
This is more than just a clinical roleyoull have the chance to shape services and mentor others. Get involved in service development, influence best practices, and, if desired, take on lead roles in Safeguarding or End-of-Life Care, helping drive positive change for patients and the wider team.
* Education
We believe in continuous development. As a training practice for GPs, we foster a culture of learning. Youll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and participate in our daily Cases Over Coffee meetings (11:00)a dedicated space to discuss complex cases in a relaxed, collaborative setting.
* Research & Development
