Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a new, high-quality residential home for young people? We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to open and lead a brand new 4-bed EBD home in the NG23 area of Nottingham.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to make your mark from day one to build a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
What’s on Offer
* Base Salary: £48,000
* Bonus Potential: Up to £55,800 with Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses
* Ofsted Bonus: £3,000 for achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating
* Occupancy Bonus: £400 per month based on full occupancy
* On-Call Payments: £25 per weekday; £35 per weekend day
* Holidays: 25 days annual leave + 8 statutory holidays

* Support: You’ll be fully supported in the registration process and the setup of the home.
What We’re Looking For
* A dynamic and experienced leader with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
* Proven track record managing children’s residential homes
* Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and high-quality care standards
* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
* Experience with EBD and complex behaviours
