In this rare leadership opportunity, you will:
* Shape and implement an ambitious, evidence-based EYFS curriculum
* Coach and empower school leaders to raise outcomes
* Champion inclusive practice, with a strong focus on SEND and disadvantaged pupils
* Work collaboratively across schools in Caterham, Redhill, Crawley & Horsham
We’re looking for someone who:
âś” Is teacher-trained with extensive EYFS experience
âś” Has proven leadership and school improvement expertise
âś” Can coach, inspire and influence practice across settings
âś” Is flexible, collaborative and ready to travel within the cluster
