The Marketing Operations Manager is a key team member supporting email marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption for Amazon Business. Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the execution and enhancement of global email campaigns.
2. Acting as a liaison between marketing teams and the brand to gather campaign requirements.
3. Supporting global strategies to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications.
This role involves collaboration across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize projects.
Key job responsibilities
* Ensure adherence to WW channel best practices and proper platform management.
* Collect, verify, and manage collateral from stakeholders, meet deadlines, define responsibilities, and track progress.
* Analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and process streamlining.
* Facilitate campaign review discussions with team leaders, partners, and stakeholders, providing clear updates.
* Support the development and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices).
* Track email marketing best practices and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 2 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
* Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree.
