About the Role
As a Support Worker at AFG, you'll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. This could be in people’s own homes, community‑based services, adult care homes or independent hospitals.

* Support people in achieving their personal goals and independence.
Qualifications
* No experience required – just the right attitude.
* Friendly and confident communicator.
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep‑unders and weekends.
* Aligned with AFG’s values.
