As the Group Treasury Manager you will beresponsible for all the core areas of Treasury policy and cashmanagement. You will be required to provide overall leadership ofcash and debt management including efficient running of the Groupsfunding requirements maintaining good relationships with the bankssupporting a strong control environment and integratingacquisitions.
Duties andResponsibilities
PolicyManagement
* Establishingeffective Treasury policies to support business requirements andefficient operations whilst providing strong governance andcontrol
* Working capital management and businesspartnering to ensure effective cash cycles for WIP debtor andsupplier management are in place
* Ownership ofthe daytoday banking of the Group ensuring short term funding needsare met
* Management of the Groups SeniorFacilities Agreement including preparation and reporting of loancovenant compliance; review of interestcalculations
* Leading banking transition to newsingle provider
* Continual improvement oftreasury and cash processes and supporting adhocprojects
Reporting
* Dailycashflow reporting to the Executive leadershipteam
* Cashflow forecasting on a rolling 13 weekbasis including monthly reporting pack to theBoard
* Establishing reporting improvementswithin newly implemented finance ERP: Microsoft Dynamics365
* Supporting the annual external auditprocess
Relationshipsand Banking
* Managerelationships with banks and lendingagents
* Ensuring groupwide bank mandates areaccurate uptodate and in line with the Group delegation ofauthorities
* Maintenance and administration ofthe online banking platforms
* Migrating existingand new acquisitions onto the Group bankingplatform.
Skills andExperience
* ACTQualified however will consider those that are ACA ACCA or CIMAqualified
* Minimum 3 years within a treasuryrole and commercial business experience
* Provenexperience of taking ownership andresponsibility
* Well organised able toprioritise effectively and work todeadlines
* Previous experience in a growinggroup with multiple acquisitions isdesirable
* Confident ability to work withexternal and internalstakeholders
