Maternity Cover** up to 67.50 hours available, fixed term
Elm C is a 22 bedded elderly care ward with a speciality in caring for those with a diagnosis of dementia or experiencing delirium. We aim to provide person centred, high quality care.
Shifts include night duty, weekends and bank holidays.
The essential criteria for this role includes the requirement to have a care certificate or the willingness and ability to undertake this. For further information please see the attached Care Certificate document attached.
Main duties of the job
Elm C cares for elderly patients with a range of needs, from acutely unwell patients to managing long term conditions, complex discharge planning to end of life care.

Level 3 vocational qualification or Short courses and completion of competency workbook equivalent to Level 3 in a range of patient and clinical care duties or Equivalent knowledge and experience in a range of clinical care duties equivalent to Level 3
