We are an inspiring specialist independent school supporting 90 incredible pupils with Autism (ages 4:19). We dont just teach; we break down boundaries. To keep our mission moving forward, were looking for a Teaching Assistant / Trainee SEN Teacher to join our permanent team.
The Career Path: From TA to Qualified Teacher
We dont expect you to have all the answers on day one. We are looking for potential. This is a fully funded training role designed to take you from Teaching Assistant to a member of our teaching team within 1:2 years.

Your Role and Impact
Working Monday:Friday, you will provide high:quality, sensory:led educational activities. Whether you are working 1:1 or with small groups, youll be helping children who may have struggled in mainstream education finally find a place where they can succeed.
No two days are ever the same here. Youll be challenged, youll be moved, and youll be part of a team that celebrates every small victory.
What Youll Bring to the Team
We value personality and resilience over a long CV. Youre a great fit if you are:
* Creative and Resilient: You can think on your feet and stay positive.
* Committed: You have a genuine desire to support learners with SEN.
* Qualified in the Basics: You hold GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Experienced (Desirable): Any experience volunteering or working with young people is a plus, but your attitude is what counts most.
Part:time applicants (minimum 3 days per week) are also encouraged .
