Regional Manager - Elderly Care
£50,000-£60,000 + electric car + 15% quarterly bonus
East Midlands - Lincoln / Sleaford / Grantham
This is a key leadership role overseeing up to six homes, focused on quality, compliance, team development, and strategic growth. You'll work closely with Home Managers to deliver safe, person-centred care and drive performance across the region.
