A One Geotech Senior Engineer is a key member of the team, seeking to use their considerable technical and professional experience to deliver optimum solutions for both project support and R&D activities. In doing so a Senior Engineer shall simultaneously develop their knowledge and that of the team.,
* Develop team through coaching and generating ideas with the Geotechnics Manager and colleagues.
* Ensure the quality of work issued is high and conforms to RP&IT and Group procedures.
* Participate proactively in the management of the team.
* Seek advice and input from Geotechnics Manager and Principal Geotechnical Engineer on challenging projects.
* Consolidate Group experience in discipline.
* Promote experience and good practice throughout the TechnipFMC Group.
* Be conversant with the latest industry developments.
* Provide the main link between project management teams and RP&IT.
* Liaise with project management teams to identify the motives for any given work request, ensure the scope of work agreed is suitable and that the task is completed within the agreed timeframe.
