Duties of the Mobile Service Technician include:
11. Conducting vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to high standards
12. Following protocols set by legislation, the manufacturer, and relevant suppliers
13. Maintaining accurate and timely service records
14. Delivering technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
15. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
16. Owning and maintaining a full, valid driving license
17. Possessing NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications
18. Demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and commitment to ongoing development
19. Creating a supportive team environment in line with company policies
20. Ideally holding MOT testing qualifications and some main dealership experience; ATA accreditation is desirable
Candidate specifications for the Mobile Service Technician role:
21. Proven experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
22. Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
23. MOT testing capability is a plus
24. Valid full driving license
25. Strong commitment to professional growth and customer service
26. Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
