We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Fitter / Panel Wirer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company delivering high-quality electrical control systems across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assembly and wiring of electrical control panels and enclosures
2. Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
3. Installing components such as relays, contactors, PLCs, and terminal blocks
4. Carrying out point-to-point wiring and cable routing
5. Testing and inspection of completed panels to ensure compliance with specifications
6. Fault finding and rectification where required
7. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter, Panel Wirer, or similar role
9. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
10. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
11. Good understanding of electrical systems and components
12. Relevant electrical qualifications (desirable but not essential)
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
