This is a first appointment and one of the most critical hires that this brand will make this year.
About the role
The brand is entering its biggest phase of global growth to date; accelerated retail, high-volume eCommerce, and major momentum in the US. With that scale comes visibility, scrutiny, and responsibility. This role exists to protect the brand, the consumer, and the future of the business.
As Head of Regulatory, you will own the global regulatory strategy across the entire brand\'s portfolio. You will be the authority, the final sign-off, and the trusted partner to the Founder and senior leadership team. Regulatory will not sit at the end of the process — it will be embedded from the very first product conversation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the global regulatory strategy across the brand portfolio.
* Advise on product development, claims, labeling, packaging, and storytelling across UK, EU, US, and ROW.
* Ensure products launch on time, compliantly, and confidently.
* Collaborate with NPD, design, supply chain, marketing, legal & finance, and the founder to enable bold ideas while safeguarding consumer trust and brand reputation.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Senior, hands-on regulatory/compliance leadership experience in consumer brands.
* Experience navigating UK, EU, US, and ROW regulatory landscapes.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
* Ability to operate in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and influence early product decisions.
