We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support our Client's property renovations team. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support to project and site teams
Document control and data entry
Assisting with scheduling and communication
Using Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and documentation
Learning and using new software systems (Simpro & Salesforce)Requirements:
Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organisational and communication skills
Willingness to learn new software
Previous administrative experience (ideally in a project or construction-related setting)
A background in construction is desirable but not essential
Location: Inverness
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30, Friday: 08:30 – 15:30
Start Date: ASAP
The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
