Overview
The Head of Resourcing, Marketing Studio is a senior leadership position responsible for the global strategic planning, allocation, and optimisation of human capital within the Marketing Studio. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Marcom Operations, you will oversee resource strategies to ensure the studio delivers high-quality work while maintaining optimal utilisation and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In this role, you will lead the Creative Resource Managers and the Digital Traffic Management team, acting as a strategic link between studio leadership, functional leads, and project requirements. Your focus will be on balancing workloads, aligning global talent with organisational priorities, and driving long-term resource planning. How you'll make an impact Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support the Creative Resource Managers and Digital Traffic Managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee hiring, training, and onboarding while serving as the primary escalation point for complex resourcing challenges. Long-Term Strategic Resource Planning: Analyse global demand and capacity data to forecast staffing needs, align talent with business objectives, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Optimisation & Operational Efficiency: Partner with functional leads to refine resourcing strategies, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Governance & Data Analytics: Establish and enforce standardised resourcing guidelines, utilise data from systems like Workfront to deliver comprehensive reports, and maintain global process documentation. About You Experience: Experience in creative operations and/or resource management within a high-volume agency or corporate environment. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Expertise in project management software, with a preference for Adobe Workfront. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of creative processes, digital marketing workflows, and brand standards. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex strategies for diverse audiences. Right to work in the UK.
