Now they need someone to own it.
Someone who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency across every assignment - while developing the people around them to do the same.
What you’ll be doing
You won’t be sat on the sidelines.
You’ll be right at the centre of delivery.
* Partnering with the commercial team on new briefs
* Designing smart, targeted resourcing strategies
* Mapping markets and building candidate pipelines with intent
* Driving momentum across live roles - from first outreach to final placement
You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle:
* Candidate generation and engagement
* CV submissions and shortlist quality
* Interview coordination and candidate care
* Managing delivery timelines and expectations
And importantly - you’ll lead.
You’ll manage and mentor a delivery consultant, acting as the quality bar across the team. Coaching, guiding, and stepping in where needed to raise standards.
This is hands-on leadership. Not theory. Not delegation. Real ownership.

About you
You’re already doing parts of this role.
Maybe you’re a senior delivery consultant.
Maybe you’ve led small teams.
Maybe you’re the person others go to when things need sorting properly.
You’ll likely:
* Come from agency recruitment, ideally within technical markets
* Be confident owning roles end-to-end
* Know how to build and execute a clear search strategy
* Be comfortable operating at pace without losing quality
* Have experience (formal or informal) supporting or mentoring others
But more than anything, you think like a manager.
You bring structure.
You take accountability.
You stay calm when things get busy.
You know how to keep clients confident, candidates engaged, and standards high.
