TSR Legal are proud to be working with a modern legal practice with an excellent local and regional presence. An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join this local friendly firm with offices in Blackwood.
Responsibilities
* Handle own caseload comprising the full mix of residential sales and purchase files including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership properties together with registered and unregistered titles.
* Work alongside senior fee earners within the conveyancing department.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years\' PQE.
