The position is based at our Newcastle Cash Centre and is available to meet increased workload demands.
Hours: 35 or 40 hours per week
Shift: 2pm to 10pm
Pay:£12.31 per hour (plus 10% shift allowance 18:00 - 22:00)
Responsibilities
* Safely handle and process customers’ money in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
* Count, record, and reconcile customer deposits using high‑speed processing machines.
* Meet daily targets while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to security and compliance procedures.
* Identify and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications
* Methodical approach and strong attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* High level of accuracy and the ability to meet physical demands, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
* Honest, trustworthy nature and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
* Ability to pass criminal record, personal credit, and ID checks.
* Verifiable 5‑year employment/unemployment/educational history.
