Henderson Scott is seeking experienced Major Incident Managers to lead the response to high-impact IT incidents in a busy government environment in London. Ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in IT service management, with ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification and experience managing incidents in complex environments. You will manage major incidents, coordinate with multiple teams, and provide leadership to the incident management team. The role requires DV clearance and involves 5 days onsite in Greater London.
