My client in the Leeds area require an experienced Internal Sales Engineer. About the Role: The role provides technical support, quotations, and customer service. It focuses on supporting internal sales operations, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently, and contributing to account retention. This role does not involve visiting customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Directly manage business figures across multiple product portfolios in the UK. Develop and maintain customer accounts, building long-term technical and commercial relationships. Detect and support new business opportunities and market applications as part of internal sales efforts. Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including offers, contracts, and specifications. Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and presentations (remotely from the office). Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering and Operations) to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to support internal sales strategy.
