About the Role Delivery of outstanding performance in all aspects of the balanced scorecard (Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Morale). Lead on Asset Care planning & prioritisation across multiple packaging lines, including maintenance task optimisation using tools such as RCM Take accountability for asset care standards within the area and ensure delivery of effective Asset Care processes and procedures. Coach and support Craft and Operational teams to deliver performance and increase reliability of equipment. Ensure good governance around internal and external compliance (health & safety, quality and environment). Manage safe execution of maintenance activity by internal teams and external contractors through issuing permits and controlling high risk works Continuous Improvement - support situational problem solving activity and efficiency. Work with Craft teams and OEMs to drive faster problem solving and greater Plant Availability This could be the right opportunity for you if you have: Maintenance leader/manager experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to manage people performance, coaching and development of a multi-disciplined team. Proactive structured problem evaluation & solving skills learnt through exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or Manufacturing excellence. A time served trade in electrical, mechanical or instrument control.
