Who are Fair Ways and what do we stand for?

* Supporting the implementation and delivery of each students Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Personal Education Plan (PEP) by providing relevant data to monitor progress, set targets and plan lessons.

* Recognising and accepting the possible need to intervene using positive handling strategies to make incidents safe, and to work as part of a consistent team.

This role is offered at 37.5 hours a week on a term time only basis. All candidates must have a full driving license and have access to the use of a car. Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced Disclosure (DBS). This disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways.
