Job Introduction
Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join Listers Volkswagen in Loughborough.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm 40 hour week with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 1pm (averages out at 41.5 hours per week).
Our packages and pay plans are industry-leading and are reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset.
* The basic salaries start from £32,000 up to £45,000.
* Bonus / OTEs range from £37,000 up to £48,000.
* OTE Hourly rates range from £17.15 up to £22.24.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
2. The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
