Our client based in Cheadle is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, this is a full time role working Monday - Friday.
Duties include:
- Liaising with client and customers via telephone and emails
- Working through customer queries
- Tracking orders and making necessary adjustments
- Checking stock availability
- Enter orders onto the system
- Send out order confirmations
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take that next step in their career as there is the opportunity to progress into a leadership role.
