We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Technician within our growing Quality Team.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
Supporting and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, tracking nonconforming parts, escalating issues, and assisting with investigations and containment actions. The role may also involve internal data collection and reporting using provided templates and tools.
What you are already great at:
* Supporting investigations into customer complaints through quality checks and inspections.
* Raising quality concerns during internal processes via CAPA.
* Monitoring and inspecting production processes/products to meet quality standards.
* Analyzing data to identify process improvements.
* Participating in audits to ensure compliance.
* Maintaining quality documentation, including test plans and protocols.
* Monitoring inventory for quality assurance.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality procedures.
* Supporting KPI collection and analysis related to quality.
* Ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance and supporting internal audits.
Requirements for this role:
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Technician.
* Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Proficiency in report generation and data analysis software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems like EFACS).
* Good communication skills for collaboration.
* Experience with measurement devices such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Motivation to develop skills in Quality.
* Experience with auditing is advantageous but not essential; training provided.
