•Respond to reactive and emergency electrical faults.
•Carry out reactive maintenance work in homes and commercial premises.
•Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
•Accurately document job details via our app for clear communication with the help desk and customers.
•Interact with customers in a professional manner.
•Ensure all safety measures are in place for both customers and staff
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (required).
Full UK driving licence (required).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
