Newham College is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Manager Vocational Science to lead the planning, development, and quality of our science curriculum across BTEC Levels 13, GCSE, and adult learning, including Access programmes. Youll play a vital role in shaping a responsive, high-quality curriculum that meets learners needs and local industry demand.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of science educators and technicians across centres.
* Drive curriculum innovation, ensuring alignment with labour market demands.
* Manage budgets, timetabling, and staff performance to achieve college KPIs.
* Deliver between 7 to 12 hours of teaching per week as a model of excellence.
* Ensure inclusive and supportive learning environments and interventions for vulnerable learners.
