We have a great opportunity to join our Repairs Team as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician (Plumber)! This role lets you really make a difference to our customers by conducting quality repairs such as plumbing, drainage and guttering to their homes across areas such as Haverhill. We own and manage approximately 8,000 homes in the east of England and work closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We are customer‑centric, invest heavily in our existing homes—including our zero‑carbon journey—and are also building new homes.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose faults and rectify effectively – repairs carried out on first visit wherever possible.
* Maintain an awareness of all company policies and procedures, including the tenant handbook.
* Identify any repairs that are not landlord responsibility and bring them to the attention of the line manager.
* When additional works are required, provide clear information about the work, duration and materials needed.
* Undertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 plumbing or equivalent.
* WRAS qualification.
* G3 Unvented qualification.
* Competent user of IT.
* Good customer care skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
