We're looking for a passionate and skilled chef to lead our breakfast and lunch service in Moira. Enjoy a set schedule with early finishes and no evening shifts, in a positive, team-driven kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items to a consistently high standard. Always maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and internal policies. Manage time efficiently to meet service demands. Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar chef role. Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day week.
