Position
Children’s Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist – part‑time (15 hours per week) – location: Primarily in Ollerton, with home working and regular days at Middleton Court stores in Bilborough.
Salary: £39,152 – £44,075 per annum (pro rata).
Type: Permanent.
Working arrangement: Hybrid (partial home working).
Responsibilities
* Providing expert advice, guidance and problem‑solving around community equipment and minor adaptations.
* Collaborating with professionals across sectors to ensure safe, effective, and person‑centred solutions.
* Supporting clinical decision‑making with sound reasoning and practical insight.
* Providing training to prescribers.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in managing challenging situations and achieving positive outcomes.
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning.
* Solid clinical reasoning and experience of using specialist equipment in children’s therapy.
* Awareness of the real‑world challenges faced in clinical practice.
* Competence in, or willingness to develop skills in, standard office IT systems (e.g. Webelms and Excel).
