The Role
As Supervisor, you will drive an excellent store experience for both customers and colleagues.
* Work in partnership with the Store Management team.
* Act as a role model and create a positive atmosphere in store.
* Analyse daily sales figures and make the right commercial choices.
* Deliver on KPI's, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations while fostering personal and team growth.
What It Takes
* Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor within retail.
* Good communication and social skills.
* Passion for our product.
* Taking ownership of outcomes.
* Driving results with a commercial mindset.
* Not afraid of a challenge & change.
