This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and genuinely friendly environment where your expertise will make a real impact. The Role As HR Advisor, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This varied role will see you involved in: Providing generalist HR support and guidance to managers and employees Managing employee relations matters including performance, absence, and disciplinary cases Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes Supporting recruitment and liaising with hiring managers Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with employment law Contributing to HR projects and process improvements About You We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in an HR Advisor role (legal or professional services experience ideal but not essential) Strong knowledge of UK employment law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A proactive and hands-on approach The ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a close-knit team Why Join?
