A global leader in travel technology is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join its Legal & Corporate Affairs team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal support, technology, and process improvement.
What you’ll do:
* Support the smooth operation of the legal department, focusing on the London office and the the broader EMEA team.
* Manage collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Slack) and update web content (Drupal / Adobe Experience Manager).
* Triage, resourcing, task prioritization, identifies process issues, and finds solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the Legal department
* Coordinate meetings, handle mail, and assist with internal communications and training for legal tech tools.
* Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives, including leveraging AI.
* Track and report metrics to measure success.
What we’re looking for:
* ~3 years’ experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or similar environment.
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, MS Forms, PowerPoint).
* Project management, communication, and change management expertise.
* Process improvement, experience with creating, tracking, and reporting metrics
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
