Our leading Property business client are looking to recruit a Complaints Handler / Administrator on a permanent basis. Working as part of the successful complaints management team, you will play a key role in investigating and resolving formal complaints inline with company procedure and industry legislation. You will also be involved in driving processes and strategic continues improvement
Duties include
7. Respond to formal complaints via letter, phone and email
8. Investigate the complaint with the wider business to ensure details and facts
9. Ensure the complaint is made in line wit the complaints process or refer back to relevant party
10. Discuss challenging cases with Team manager to agree a resolution
11. Understand business process and look for ways to avoid future complaints
12. Ensure colleagues are aware of the complaints procedure
13. Chase outstanding matters relating to issue resolution and complaint cases
14. Collate and provide senior management with data of exiting customers
Experience needed:
15. Proven Administration experience and confident with office applications
16. Proven customer response skills via phone and in writing (formal letters)
17. Complaint management experience
18. Keen to learn and develop new skills
19. Ability to remain impartial
20. Experience of working in a regulated environment
