This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' Lettings experience, looking for more progression and development to join our client, based in West Hampstead. Personal Profile: • Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry. • Great negotiation skills & strong understanding of the lettings process, • Able to oversee/manage the Lettings team. Possess excellent communication and people skills, • Have a full UK driving licence and your own car. Your duties would include: * Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors, * Proactively working with the team to grow market share, * Meeting targets and performance standards for negotiating and agreeing rentals * 2 -3 years Lettings experience. * Good knowledge of the 360 Lettings Cycle, including progression, tenant rights & landlord obligations, Health And Safety and Data Protection. Package OTE 45k.
