Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator in Swansea.
Our client is a UK-wide Independent Advice firm, that has recently teamed up with a local IFA to provide exceptional service to their clients in West Wales. As they continue to grow and bring on experience Financial Advisers, they are looking to grow their back-office team. You will play an integral part in the planning process and have ample opportunity to develop and grow your skillset.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Obtain required information from Platforms and Product providers
* Compile meetings packs for the IFA's
* Post appropriate documentation to clients
* Send Letter of Authority
* Prepare new business packs
* Liaise with clients on behalf of the advisers
* Maintain and update the back office system (Intelligent Office)

Skills and experience required:
* Experience working in Financial Planning or Financial Services
* Strong administration skills, with client-facing experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ideally, experience working closely with Financial Advisers
* May consider Finance graduates
