Were looking for aTrade Effluent Billing Technologistto join our team and help ensure our business customers are billed accurately and fairly for trade effluent discharges.
What youll be doing as a Trade Effluent Billing Technologist
* Making sureTrade Effluent charges are calculated and raised correctly for non-domestic customers.
* Communicating withretailers, other water companies, and internal teams to resolve billing queries and ensure compliance.
* Responding to retailer enquiries within set service levels, providing clear and accurate information.
* Supporting Trade Effluent team in meetingregulatory obligationsunder the Water Industry Act 1991 and MOSL Market Codes.
* Building strong working relationships with retailers to improve performance measures (such as BRMEX scores).
* Delivering excellent customer service to retailers and customers, helping to maintain Thames Waters reputation.
Base Location: Mostly remote (occasional travel may be required)
What you should bring to the role
* Experience incustomer-facing rolesand delivering quality service. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills across different stakeholders.
* Confidence working with data and interpreting written information.
* IT literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

* Competitive salary£33,000 £41,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
* 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
