Assistant Headteacher
The Governors of Spring Hill Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a motivated, passionate, and caring Assistant Headteacher from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is ready to move to the next stage of their career and further develop their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be a class-based teacher, based in Year 6 initially, with dedicated management time.
The successful applicant will be an exemplary role model of classroom practice and work with other Senior Leaders to ensure high quality teaching and learning across the school.
To effectively lead a curriculum area. Initially this will be English across all three key stages.
To play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of our school curriculum working closely with the curriculum lead and colleagues.
