At Dallas Mortgages, we are a trusted provider of mortgage and financial services, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a detailed, orientated and motivated Mortgage Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
-Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and mortgage adviser
-Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with FCA regulations
-Updating clients on application progress and responding to queries
-Maintaining accurate records and databases
-Administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Desirable
-Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services is highly desirable
Hours -
Initially, three full days per week; with the opportunity of four days per week at a later date.
