The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Engineer to join the team in either Bristol or Launceston. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting systems, networks, and colleagues across the business, helping to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.
Responsibilities of the IT Engineer:
* Provide technical support to colleagues, resolving hardware and software issues
* Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and applications
* Monitor performance, data security, and carry out backups and recovery processes
* Support IT projects and identify new technology solutions to improve efficiency
Requirements of the IT Engineer:
* Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
* Previous experience in IT support, with problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MacOS, iOS, and Salesforce
