The role: Recruit, lead, develop and motivate a team of field-based Service and Sales Technicians, Transport Drivers, Warehouse and Customer Service / Administrators. Effective and regular communication, direction, coaching and training, feedback and monthly 121’s offering continuous guidance and support to achieve operational excellence. Comprehensively manage the retention and contract renewal of our existing customer base, ensuring customers are serviced on a regular basis, service levels met and exceed expectation, customer requirements are understood and met, and all business opportunities are explored. Maximise business efficiency through effective route, fleet and resource planning and allocation. Ensuring highest levels of Health and Safety management thorough risk assessments, investigations, and reporting. Managing operational costs and success through effective P&L management.
